1. WE HAVE UPDATED our Privacy Policy given the entry into force of the new data protection law (General EU Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), and renewed our commitment to the protection of the personal data rights of our clients, suppliers and colleagues.
2. WE WANT to contribute to the consolidation of a framework of trust for the development of the internal digital market, and the legal security of its users.
3. WE COMMIT OURSELVES with the integrity and accuracy of the data, and its treatment always within the lawfulness and loyalty.
4. WE ONLY TREAT the minimal personal data required from people with whom there is a commercial relationship and these only concern their professional location; this data is included in a data processing operation for which INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA, S.A. is the controller, whose purpose is solely and exclusively to manage and administer matters relating to existing business relationships, which is the legitimate interest we seek.
5. THE RECIPIENTS of this data are the departments of INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA, S.A. and it is not given to third parties unless this is required to fulfil our legal obligations (public authorities) or to develop the existing trading relationship (financial institutions or suppliers at source). In this latter case, data might have to be transferred outside the EU, in which case the safeguards provided for under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards) will apply, currently under documentary verification with the technology providers concerned.
6. THIRD PARTY ACCESS is regulated by the corresponding Service Provision Contract between the File Manager and the collaborating entity, so that the confidentiality of the information is maintained at all times.
7. OCCASIONALLY the information may be used to send specific commercial information on our products and services, based on the legitimate interest of our existing relationship (GDPR and Article 21.2 of the Information Society and e-Commerce Services Law 34/2002), always within the framework and for the purpose of the above use.
8. WE KEEP your data for as long as there is a trading relationship between both parties and for as long as the keeping of legal and/or commercial documentation is mandatory.
9. AS THE INTERESTED PARTY on all accounts you are entitled to exercise your rights to the accessing, correction, cancellation, deleting or being forgotten, portability, objection and/or limited processing of your data, within the scope of that acknowledged in the GDPR, by writing to:
